How we translate player experiences into signals
Structured extraction pipeline
We don't just run reviews through an LLM. Our pipeline extracts structured concepts using information retrieval techniques and our own trained classification model, then clusters them into meaningful topics using embedding similarity. We use the right AI tools on the steps that matter.
Temporal tracking
Every pipeline run produces a timestamped snapshot. We compare snapshots across weeks to show what grew, what shrank, and whether a patch actually moved the needle on specific player concerns.
LLM intelligence layer
Structured data feeds an AI synthesis step that connects the dots, turning topic clusters into plain-language executive summaries and prioritized action items.
Full corpus, compounding data
We analyze every review available, not just a sample. The longer you use Game Distillery, the more valuable it gets. A one-off AI summary can't replicate months of structured, comparable data across every patch you've shipped.
Who we are
We're a small team of engineers and lifelong gamers who got tired of watching good studios fail at the same problem. We've spent years in software engineering, building data pipelines, backend systems, and information retrieval tools, and we decided to point those skills at something we actually care about.
